One Time Rental Service

If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property yourself but you do not have the time or availability to market and show vacancies on a moment's notice, nor the expertise in choosing a new tenant, this is the right program for you. Real Estate Options will handle any or all of the following:
  • View/show vacant unit(s)
  • Execute rental agreement
  • Recommend required maintenance
  • Collect first month's rent and security deposit up-front
  • Creative advertising/marketing vacancies
  • Conduct move-in inspection of the property
  • Thorough verification/credit screening
  • Turn over original documents and funds to you
We then turn the day-to-day management back over to you.
We find the tenant and you do the rest.

Monthly Management Service

If you would prefer not to get a phone call at 3:00 a.m. about a leaky water heater, this program is designed for you. Real Estate Options will handle all aspects of caring for your property 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Listed below are a few of the many services included:
  • Initial property Inspection/Evaluation recommendation of any repairs or cosmetic improvements to maximize monthly rent

Because of our volume, we can negotiate the best prices for you with carefully chosen contractors. Our contractors are licensed and insured.

Large Rehab and Remodeling Projects
Our expertise in construction management takes a large rehab or renovation project through all phases of renovation. Our complete turnkey services include:
  • Meet with the owner to establish the scope of the rehab or renovation
  • Make recommendations regarding what would be most beneficial to the property in order to maximize rental income
  • Prepare a detailed outline of the scope of the rehab or renovation project
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates including a "not to exceed" price
  • Establish and coordinate all interior upgrades including appliance, fixture, cabinet and flooring selections
  • Coordinate and supervise all work taking place on the property in accordance with scope of renovations
  • Prepare draw requests and schedule any required inspections for invoices submitted for payment
  • Prepare all partial and final lien releases
  • Digital documentation of work completed upon request
